Benefit Plans for Plan Year Beginning October 1, 2012-September 30, 2013
The Oregon Educators Benefit Board(OEBB) provides benefit plans to eligible full-time employees, part-time classified employees and retirees of Columbia Gorge Community College.
Is a savings plan administered by Chard Snyder that allows you to have a pre-tax deduction from your pay check to be used for qualifying out-of-pocket medical, dental and vision expenses. The money you do not spend will not rollover to the next plan year.
Your contributions are pre-tax deducations. Fund and interest are carried over, without limit, and you own the account. Application for US Bank HSA can be returned to Diane Trubachik in Payroll.
Premium rates for Columbia Gorge Community College OEBB mandatory and optional plans beginning October 1, 2012. Log into MyOEBB to view your selected plans and premiums.
Is provided by RBH Personal Advantage and available to all Columbia Gorge Community Gorge employees and families. Access Code: OEBB
Your IAP ID and password are different than your MyOEBB. If you do not have an IAP password, click on Forgot your password. Type your SSN and date of birth in the appropriate text boxes, and follow the instructions. PERS will mail you a password.
