Office located in Health Sciences Building, 3.228 Welcome to Columbia Gorge Community College and the Disability Resources Office! Disability Resources allows students to maximize their opportunities for educational success and personal growth in college programs. These services are designed to promote student independence and equal access to classroom and college-related activities for those students demonstrating an ability to benefit from the college. Requesting Services: Our office exists to provide academic support for students with disabilities. Students wishing services and/or accommodations are responsible to initiate registration with our office as early as possible, so that services can be arranged and provided in a timely manner. Students must provide documentation and request services a minimum of two weeks prior to the beginning of the term to ensure the availability of appropriate and timely services. We will work with students to determine which services best meet their individual needs. Students using sign language need to contact us at least 4 weeks prior to the beginning of each quarter, to allow adequate time for arranging interpreters. Please complete all relevant forms and bring with you to your first appointment.
